The given diagrams illustrate the layout of two different student rooms at an Australian university.

Overall, the main differences between the two rooms are the price, the size, the features of each room, and how many people each room can accommodate. As can be seen, the first room is the larger, more expensive one, and has more features as well as can accommodate a greater number of people.

The first room is suitable for two people and costs $350 per week, while the second room is only suitable for one person and costs $200 per week. The first room is also significantly larger, at 6m x 4m, compared with the second room, which is only 6m x 2.5m.

The first room contains two beds, two study desks, two televisions, two cupboards, a bookshelf, and a table and chairs. Meanwhile, the second room only features one bed, one study desk, and one television, but has no cupboards, bookshelf, or table and chairs. Both rooms have similar kitchen and bathroom facilities.

The pictures illustrate a number of important changes which took place in a town after
the construction of a hydroelectric power dam.

From the maps, it is clear that the most noticeable change that occurred in the town was that of a huge lake. Additionally, the forest and farmlands had completely disappeared by 2010.

In 1990, there was an ancient structure and a forest with rare flora and fauna to the west of the river, and irrigated farmlands to the east. However, with the construction of a dam wall, those features disappeared beneath a large lake, which also became a fishing area in 2010.

Looking at the maps in more detail, while the mountains still existed, the villages in the far east were relocated further south of the mountains, and a large hotel was built in their place. Meanwhile, a hydroelectric power dam was constructed with a wide range of electricity pylons appearing nearby.

The maps show changes in the layout of a park between 1980 and the present. In general, the park is now more accessible and has several new facilities to serve different recreational demands of the public.

In 1980, there was one pathway running through the park from the west gate to the south gate. A number of trees were located in the north east, and flowers were planted
along the south wall. There was also a pond with several benches around it situated on the eastern side of the park.

Between 1980 and now, the path was removed and replaced with a new path which leads to all four sides of the park, and essentially divides it into four different areas. In
the south western corner, the pond and benches are still intact, but the flowers in that area have been replaced with bushes. A new picnic area with tables and a barbecue grill has been set up in the north eastern corner, while the southeastern corner is now a dedicated playing field.

The maps show changes in the layout of a bookstore between 2000 and the present.

In general, the layout of the bookstore has been significantly changed, especially on the left-hand side of the room. A number of features have been moved and modified, while other facilities have been added.

In 2000, there was a large section dedicated to fiction books on the left-hand side of the store. However, that section has been divided into four new sections, in which books on art, hobbies, cookery, and fiction are now displayed.

The area for fiction books in the rear left corner of the store is now used for nonfiction books, while the old non-fiction section has been transformed into a new cafe. The central area of the room, which used to be for art, cookery, and hobby books, is now occupied by tables and chairs. Meanwhile, the space for travel books, new books, and the service desk, has remained unchanged over the years.
