I use a variety of technologies on a daily basis. My smartphone is the most common one, which I use for everything from communicating with friends and family to checking the news and weather. In fact, many of these apps have become essential tools in my daily routine.

Do you think you could live without technology?
Without technology? Honestly, that sounds like a nightmare to me! I mean, I’m all for a digital detox every now and then, but permanently? No way! I rely on tech for so many things – work, staying in touch with friends, even ordering food. Plus, I’m a bit of a movie buff, so no Netflix would be a real bummer. So yeah, I’d say technology is pretty much a non-negotiable for me.
