Do you like to dance? Why or why not?

Absolutely, I’m a big fan of dancing! It’s a fantastic way to let off steam and just have fun. Not only is it a great form of exercise, but it also allows me to express myself creatively. Whether it’s grooving to the beat at a party or just having a solo dance party at home, I find it incredibly enjoyable. So, in a nutshell, I love dancing because it’s fun, expressive, and a great way to stay active.

Have you ever learned to dance?

Indeed, I have taken dance lessons in the past. It was a contemporary dance class that I joined during my college days. I found it to be a wonderful blend of creativity and physical activity. Although it was challenging at first, with practice, I was able to improve. Overall, learning to dance was a rewarding experience that I thoroughly enjoyed.

What kind of dancing do people in your country like?

In Vietnam, where I come from, people enjoy a variety of dances. Traditional dances, such as the “Lion Dance” and “Fan Dance,” are particularly popular during festivals and cultural events. However, in recent years, Western styles like hip-hop and salsa have also gained popularity, especially among the younger generation. Dance classes are quite common in urban areas, and it’s not unusual to see flash mobs in public spaces. So, in essence, dance in Vietnam is a beautiful blend of tradition and modernity.

Why do you think some people like dancing?

I believe people are drawn to dancing for a variety of reasons. Firstly, it’s a fun and enjoyable way to stay fit and active. Secondly, it provides a creative outlet for people to express their feelings and emotions. Additionally, dancing can be a social activity that brings people together and helps build strong connections. Lastly, the sense of achievement one gets from mastering a dance routine can be very satisfying.

Do you think there are any benefits for young people to go dancing?

Definitely, I believe dancing has numerous benefits for young people. For starters, it’s a fun way to stay physically active and promote a healthy lifestyle. Moreover, it can boost self-confidence as they master new moves and routines. Dancing also fosters creativity and self-expression, allowing young people to communicate their feelings through movement. Lastly, it can be a social activity that helps them make new friends and improve their teamwork skills.
